Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

| 3 | Tesla part number 2007069. Note Retain these bolts for use when
the bumper beam is installed. These bolts are installed from the inside of the
vehicle through the Rear Rail End Plate where the studs were
removed. |

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Panel Assembly - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Diffuser - Rear Fascia (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Set (Remove & Replace).

Prepare for installation.

NoteBolts are not installed at this time. These bolts are installed from the inside of the vehicle through the Rear Rail End Plate where the studs were removed. - Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

welding.
