- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Torque Box Rear Upper.

Remove the Toeboard Outer.

Remove the original component.
- or Drill through factory spot welds
NoteUse the access hole in the Dash Complete panel to locate the drill-through spot welds from the back side of the Longitudinal Upper. Once located, drill through the spot welds from the front side of the Longitudinal Upper.NoteWhen drilling out spot welds, use a drill bit that creates a hole correctly sized for the fastener that will replace the spot weld.- or Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
- Reference Line/Point
- or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm A = 74 mm B = 63 mm
- Prepare for installation.
- Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

Install the Toeboard Outer.
- Install the fasteners as indicated.
- Install the Torque Box Rear Upper.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
