- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (7-Seater).
- Remove the Front Carpet - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Trunk Assembly - Lower (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
- Remove the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).

Remove the original component.
- or Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
- Reference Line/Point
- or Structural Bulb Rivets, 6.5 mm A = 125 mm B = 12 mm
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Install the HV Battery (AWD) (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Install).
- Install the Trunk Assembly - Lower (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Front Carpet - Rear Trunk (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (7-Seater).
- Install the Trim - Side - Trunk - LH (Remove and Replace).
