NVH Pad (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove penthouse engagement seal from HV battery pack. See Ancillary Bay Engagement Seal.
  2. Use a non marring scraper to remove NVH pads from HV battery.
  3. Clean top surface of high voltage battery pack.
    Note
    Wipe top cover of HV battery pack using IPA wipes in preparation to apply new NVH pads, and wait approximately 1 minute to allow product to dry.

Install

  1. Start from marked end and slowly install pads while pulling away tape backing, verify foam strip is centered prior to applying pressure, Wet out foam strip using pressure roller to ensure full application.
  2. Install penthouse engagement seal to HV battery pack. See Ancillary Bay Engagement Seal.
