Box - Air Distribution - HVAC (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the 3rd row head duct. See Duct - Head - 3rd Row (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
    Note
    During removal, certain steps require extra care. See the animation(s) for detailed guidance.
  2. Release the B-pillar A section ducts from both sides.
    Note
    Gently lift and shake the ducts to assist in releasing.
  3. Disconnect the 320 DEG actuator connector.
  4. Release the clips (x3) to remove the HVAC air distribution box assembly.

Install

  1. Secure the clips (x3) to install the HVAC air distribution box assembly.
  2. Connect the 320 DEG actuator connector.
  3. Install the B-pillar A section ducts to both sides.
    Note
    Gently lift and shake the ducts to assist in installing.
  4. Install the 3rd row head duct. See Duct - Head - 3rd Row (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
