Rear Headliner (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

  • 2025-11-27: Updated to specify clips (x3) and consumable tether clips (x2).

Remove

  1. Open the LH rear door and lower the LH rear window.
  2. Release the clips (x3), tether clips (x2) and location pin that attach the rear headliner to the body, and then remove the rear headliner from the vehicle.
    Note
    • Pull the rear headliner horizontally towards the front of the vehicle to release the clips.
    • Discard the tether clips after removal.

Install

  1. Align the location pin, install new tether clips (x2), and secure the clips (x3) that attach the rear headliner to the body.
    Note
    Install the rear headliner horizontally towards the rear of the vehicle to engage the clips.
  2. Raise the LH rear window and close the LH rear door.
