Harness - Headliner (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the front headliner. See Headliner - Front (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
  2. Disconnect the front overhead console connector.
  3. Disconnect the front headliner map light connectors (x2).
  4. Disconnect the front headliner speaker connectors (x4).
  5. Disconnect the front headliner microphone connectors (x6).
  6. Disconnect the 3rd row seat dome light connectors (x2).
  7. Release the clips (x30) and the tapes (x3) to remove the headliner harness from the front headliner.
    Note
    Partially lift the NVH cotton to loosen the front headliner harness. Be careful not to damage the NVH cotton.

Install

  1. Secure the clips (x30) and the tapes (x3) to install the headliner harness to the front headliner.
    Note
    Apply new tape as needed.
  2. Connect the 3rd row seat dome light connectors (x2).
  3. Connect the front headliner microphone connectors (x6).
  4. Connect the front headliner speaker connectors (x4).
  5. Connect the front headliner map light connectors (x2).
  6. Connect the front overhead console connector.
  7. Install the front headliner. See Headliner - Front (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
