Speaker - Full Range - 60MM - LH (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications

 Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the LH sun visor. See Sun Visor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Release the high retention clip at the LH front headliner area, and then pull down the LH front headliner and use an inflatable air bag to support the headliner.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Pliers Needle nose long bent
  4. Remove the screws (x3) that attach the 60mm full range speaker to the headliner, and then disconnect the electrical connector.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T10 bit
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm

Install

  1. Connect the electrical connector, and then install the screws (x3) that attach the 60mm full range speaker to the headliner.
    0.4 Nm (4 lbs-in)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T10 bit
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
  2. Restore the LH front headliner area.
  3. Install the LH sun visor. See Sun Visor - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
