Remove
- Remove the liftgate upper trim. See Liftgate Upper Trim (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the liftgate lower trim. See Liftgate Lower Trim (Remove and Replace).

Disconnect the 12V noise
filter from the backlite glass.

Remove the screw that
attaches the 12V noise filter to the vehicle, and then disconnect the
electrical connector.
TipUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T30 bit
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
Install

Install the screw that attaches the 12V noise filter to the vehicle, and
then connect the electrical connector.
2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)TipUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- Torx T30 bit

Connect the 12V noise filter to the backlite glass.
- Install the liftgate lower trim. See Liftgate Lower Trim (Remove and Replace).
- Install the liftgate upper trim. See Liftgate Upper Trim (Remove and Replace).
