- This repair procedure is for vehicles built through approximately November 5, 2014 (with a 1st Generation Rear Node).
- For vehicles built after approximately November 5, 2014 (with a 2nd Generation Rear Node), see Rear Shock Tower Reinforcement (Built After November 5, 2014).
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the original component.

Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolt to 25 Nm.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
