- Remove the Cowl Top.
- Remove the original component.
- Remove the original component.
- Remove the original component.
- Prepare for installation.

Bolts
NoteFor the highlighted rivet, position the replacement fastener outboard of the original spot weld location to avoid the trim hole in the Dash panel. The new location for this fastener must be within 20 mm of the original spot weld location (do not exceed 20 mm.). -

Prepare for installation.

- Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 10 Nm.
- Install the Cowl Top.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
