Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Front Trunk Bracket.

Remove the Front Frame Rail Inner Reinforcement (Section).

Cut the original component at the indicated locations.
- Reference Line/Point
- Cut Line A = 113 mm

Cut the new Front Frame Rail Inner as
indicated below to make the new component.
- Reference Line/Point
- Cut Line B = 177 mm C = 189 mm

Cut the new Front Frame Rail Inner as
indicated below to create a reinforcement plate.
- Reference Line/Point
- Cut Line D = 137 mm E = 217 mm
NoteTrim the lower portion of the reinforcement plate at an angle to clear the Front Frame Rail Inner Reinforcement when it is installed after this procedure. -
Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

Perform resistance spot
welding.

Install the Front Subframe Mount (Inner).

Install the Front Frame Rail Inner Reinforcement (Section).

Install the Front Trunk Bracket.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
