车门安装环外件

Repair Information

只要使用本文档中车门安装环外件区块说明部分指定的参考切割线，即可逐个或以任意组合形式更换车门安装环外件的各个区块。
Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

车门安装环外件（如下所示）属于单个组件，可整体维修：

或者，也可以不更换整个车门安装环外件，而是使用本文档所述的切割线，分区域更换车门安装环外件的各个部分。

车门安装环外件区块说明		所需零件
门槛前部区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point A = 620 mm B = 580 mm C = 50 mm D = 85 mm 注 Create a reinforcement plate 60 毫米宽，按指示安装。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 12。
铰链柱区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point E = 300 mm F = 200 mm 注 Create a backing plate 80 毫米宽，按指示安装。注安装完车身侧外件组件之后再安装红色圆圈标示的铆钉。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 7。 or Installation Spot Welds 注执行该区块的维修时，再订购一个车门安装环外件。
A 柱区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point G = 690 mm H = 122 mm 注 Create a backing plate 80 毫米宽，按指示安装。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 8。 Rivet, 4.8 mm – 2。
B 柱上部区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point I = 210 mm J = 195 mm 注 Create a backing plate 80 毫米宽，按指示安装。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 4。 Rivet, 4.8 mm – 8。
B 柱下部区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point K = 84 mm L = 130 mm 注 Create a backing plate 80 毫米宽，按指示安装。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 4。 Rivet, 4.8 mm – 8。注执行该区块的维修时，再订购一个车门安装环外件。
门槛后部区块 Cut Line Reference Line/Point M = 310 mm N = 426 mm O = 43 mm P = 76 mm 注 Create a reinforcement plate 60 毫米宽，按指示安装。		Structural Bulb Rivet, 6.5 mm – 10。注执行该区块的维修时，再订购一个车门安装环外件。

Repair Procedure

拆卸前排座位外侧。
拆下车身侧外件的必要部分，露出要更换的底层组件。
如需要，拆下转向部分下部的必要部分，露出下方所要更换的组件。
如果要更换车门安装环外件的某个区块：在车门安装环外件区块说明中所述的区块切割线位置对车门安装环外件进行标记。
Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
仅适用于区块维修： 安装车门安装环外件区块说明中所述的衬垫板或加固板。
Install the new component or components.
Perform resistance spot welding.

Failure to follow all welding safety precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, could result in serious injury or property damage. Only technicians who have completed Tesla’s approved welding training are authorized to weld structural components on Tesla vehicles.

Do not weld on a Tesla vehicle before performing the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure (refer to the vehicle-specific Service Manual for more information on the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure). Welding on a Tesla vehicle with an energized high or low voltage system might damage vehicle components.
