Repair Procedure

拆卸后面板侧方总成（适用于 1 件式车底铸件）。

拆卸侧翼支架（下部）。

Remove the original component.
Cut Line
注在车辆原装组件上铸成的线之前切割并剪切至合适尺寸，以减少间隙。

Prepare for installation.
or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
- D = 108 毫米。
- E = 37 毫米。
- F = 152 毫米。
- G = 35 毫米。
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
将螺栓拧紧至 48 Nm。

向新组件与车底铸件之间的接头上涂抹接缝密封剂。

准备安装铆钉
，以便将后纵梁端板固定到后纵梁上 - 铸造型更换组件。
or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
注在车辆外侧放置 1 个铆钉，在车辆内侧放置 2 个铆钉。
- A = 15 毫米。
- B = 30 毫米。
- C = 80 毫米。
注此时请勿安装铆钉。

如果新组件没有用于固定后纵梁端板和后纵梁的结构型粘合剂，请拆下后纵梁端板。
注妥善保管好后纵梁端板（后续步骤会进行安装）。
- 如果新组件没有用于固定后纵梁端板和后纵梁的结构型粘合剂，请向后纵梁端板和后纵梁的接合表面上涂抹结构型粘合剂。

如果新组件没有用于固定后纵梁端板和后纵梁的结构型粘合剂，请安装后纵梁端板。
- 安装将新后纵梁端板固定到新后纵梁的铆钉。

安装侧翼支架（下部）。

安装后面板侧方总成（适用于 1 件式车底铸件）。
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
