带顶部加固板的车门安装环内件

Repair Information

  1. Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
  2. Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.
  3. 只要使用本文档中车门安装环内件区块说明部分指定的参考切割线，即可逐个或以任意组合形式更换车门安装环内件的各个区块。
  4. 在下图绿色所示区域内，弯曲的区块只能使用低温方法进行维修。

    如果组件在红色所示区域损坏，则应更换组件。如需要，请联系 Tesla 碰撞维修中心寻求帮助。

Repair Procedure

  1. 拆下车门安装环外件的必要部分。
  2. 仅适用于前门槛区块维修：拆下侧门槛插件（前部区块）。
  3. 适用于后门槛区块维修或车门安装环内件整体维修：拆下侧门槛插件（完整）。
  4. 如果要更换车门安装环内件的某个区块：在车门安装环内件区块说明中所述的区块切割线位置对车门安装环内件进行标记。
  5. Remove the original component.

  7. Prepare for installation.

  8. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

  10. Install the new component or components.

    将水平安装的螺栓拧紧至 31 Nm。将垂直安装的螺栓拧紧至 35 Nm。

  11. Perform resistance spot welding.

    Failure to follow all welding safety precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, could result in serious injury or property damage. Only technicians who have completed Tesla’s approved welding training are authorized to weld structural components on Tesla vehicles.

    Do not weld on a Tesla vehicle before performing the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure (refer to the vehicle-specific Service Manual for more information on the Vehicle Electrical Isolation Procedure). Welding on a Tesla vehicle with an energized high or low voltage system might damage vehicle components.
