Repair Procedure

拆下车门安装环外件的必要部分。

拆下泡沫挡板。
注保留泡沫挡板，以供后续安装。

Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
按如下所示拧紧紧固件：
- 前螺栓：M10-1.5x42, [109],G1009,PC，零件号 1516228-00-B：60 Nm。
- 后螺栓：M8-1.25x37, [109],G1009,CM，零件号 1629418-00-A：35 Nm。

安装前一步中拆下的泡沫挡板。

安装车门安装环外件的必要部分。
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
