Repair Procedure

  1. 拆下车门安装环外件的必要部分。
  2. Cut the original component at the indicated locations.

  3. Remove the original component.

  4. 拆下车门安装环内件的焊接螺母。
  5. 按下方所示切割新的门槛插件，以制作新组件。

  6. 以其中一个电池 3 加固板插件板为模板，在新组件上和门槛插件的剩余部分钻 8 毫米的孔。
  7. 将电池 3 加固板插件板的一个孔扩大至 12 毫米，以便安装 SPAC 螺母。

  10. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  11. Install the new component or components.

  12. 在车门安装环内件上安装新的焊接螺母。
