Repair Information

  • 改装方案有两种：
    1. 电机罩（大面积） （本程序）包括拆下电机罩上部、安装新的螺栓和螺母为后电机舱噪音吸收器提供连接点，然后安装新电机罩。与小面积改装相比，大面积改装要拆除更多的原电机罩，并且需要安装新的螺栓和螺母来为后电机舱噪音吸收器提供连接点。
    2. 电机罩（小面积） 包括拆下电机罩上部、为后电机舱噪音吸收器留出现有连接点，然后安装新电机罩。与小面积改装相比，大面积改装要拆除更少的原电机罩，并重新使用后电机舱噪音吸收器的现有连接点。
  • Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
  • This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

When ordering parts, refer to the Parts Catalog and enter the VIN of the vehicle being repaired to find the correct parts (and the part numbers) for the vehicle. Alternatively, use the search function in the Parts Catalog to find a specific part for the vehicle.

Repair Procedure

  1. 检查原装电机舱罩是否有凸起的切割线。
    如果原装电机舱罩具有凸起的切割线，请转至步骤3。

    如果原装电机舱罩没有凸起的切割线，请继续执行步骤2。

  2. 使用新的电机舱罩作为模板，在原装电机舱罩周围描出一条线。
  3. Remove the original component.
    如果原装电机舱罩：
    • 有凸起的切割线，沿凸起的切割线切割，去除原装铸造电机罩的必要部分。

      注
      拆下原装铸造电机罩的必要部分后，新的电机罩应与原装组件的剩余部分重叠至少 25 毫米。
    • 没有凸起的切割线，沿描线内侧 25 毫米处切割，并去除原装铸造电机罩的必要部分。切割线和描线之间至少留出 25 毫米距离，以便与新的电机罩重叠。
    Reference Line/Point
    • A = 25 毫米。

    Cut Line

  4. 准备将后电机舱噪音吸收器连接螺栓装入新电机罩。

    • C = 165 毫米。
    • D = 52 毫米。
    • E = 77 毫米。

  5. 将后电机舱噪音吸收器连接螺栓和螺母装入新电机罩。

    2. NUT,HF,M6-1.0（Tesla 零件号 1116867-00-A）。
    3. MARKKEPS[FL],HX,M6-1.0（Tesla 零件号 1485241-00-A）。
  6. Prepare for installation.
