Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

分割指南
- 可以切开间隙孔或非功能孔（外饰孔）。
- 不要在螺栓孔或螺柱中心 25 毫米范围内进行切割。
- 结构型粘合剂固化后，密封所有外露的接缝。
以下为轮罩外件（整体）图。彩色区域表示是否允许分割。将车辆轮罩外件的损坏区域与下图进行比较，然后根据与突出显示区域的颜色对应的维修条件确定用于判断该组件损坏区域是否可分割的条件。

| 绿色区域： | 允许在这些区域进行分割。 搭接接头的搭接量不得小于 25 毫米，并用结构型粘合剂固定。在红色区域与绿色区域之间使用搭接接头时，红色区域与绿色区域的搭接量不得小于 25 毫米（不得与红区区域本身搭接）。 注 本区块对接接头的相邻面板之间的间隙应尽可能小，以最大限度提高连接强度。 注 焊接后密封所有外露的焊缝。 |
| 黄色区域： | 允许在这些区域进行分割。 注 在这些区域进行分割时，为确保组件能够正常使用，必须将其恢复为原始几何形状。 搭接接头的搭接量不得小于 25 毫米，并用结构型粘合剂固定。在红色区域与黄色区域之间使用搭接接头时，红色区域与黄色区域的搭接量不得小于 25 毫米（不得与红区区域本身搭接）。 以黄色显示的区域具有如下性质：

Repair Procedure

拆下 转向部分下部 的必要部分，露出要更换的底层组件。

拆下后围内件。

Remove the original component.

Factory SPRs
or 
Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
将螺栓拧紧至 22 Nm。注请务必切割重低音扬声器下方的 NVH 泡沫，以留出铆钉间隙。

安装后围内件。

安装先前为更换组件而从 转向部分下部 拆下的部分。
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
