拆卸

  3. 将制动踏板对齐 iBooster 杆，然后将 U 型夹销安装到制动踏板总成上。
  4. 将开口销安装到制动踏板总成上的 U 型夹销上。
  5. 将制动开关推入卡子直至卡紧，再顺时针扭转 45 度以将其锁止到位，以将制动开关安装到踏板总成上，注意连接器朝向车辆右侧且针脚呈垂直走向。
    注
    • 确认制动踏板处于原位。安装制动灯开关前，必须先将 iBooster 和制动踏板组装好。
    • 推动制动开关时请勿用力过猛，避免制动踏板移位。
  6. 连接制动开关电气连接器。

  11. 清理制动液储液罐周围区域，然后拆下盖帽。
  12. 将制动液储液罐充灌至 Max 液位。
    警告
    确保制动液未滴落到任何喷漆表面上。使用车间毛巾清理残留的制动液。
  13. 从制动助力器和储液罐区域下方移走吸收性材料。
  14. 将线束连接器连接到制动助力器总成，然后接合锁片。
