- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Rear Quarter Outer (Complete) (Vehicles Built Through February 14, 2022).

Remove the original component.

Factory Spot Welds

Prepare for installation.
or Structural Bulb Rivets, 6.5 mm
- A = 11 mm.
- B = 17 mm.
- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

Install the Rear Quarter Outer (Complete) (Vehicles Built Through February 14, 2022).

Install the fasteners as indicated.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
