  1. Remove the Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the Carrier - Front End (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Superbeam (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Air Suspension - Bundle - Front (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Subframe Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove the Drive Unit - Front (Remove and Install).
  10. Remove the Active Damper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  12. Remove the Pipe Assembly - Front - Brake (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Brake Lines - HCU to Side Sill (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Pipe - Brake Junction to Jounce - RH (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Pipe - Brake Junction to Jounce - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  17. Remove the Carrier - Front End (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Remove the Superbeam (Remove and Replace).
  21. Remove the Air Suspension - Bundle - Front (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the Subframe Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  24. Remove the Drive Unit - Front (Remove and Install).
  25. Remove the Active Damper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  27. Remove the Pipe - Brake Junction to Jounce - RH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Cut the original Sill component at the indicated location and remove the bolt.

  29. Remove the original component.

  30. Remove 2 mm. of material from the surface shown to ensure the Shock Tower no longer contacts the new Torque Box.

  31. Prepare for installation.

    Reinstall the portion of the Sill (shown in red) that was removed from the Sill.

    A red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced. Secure this location using structural adhesive only.

  32. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

  33. Install the new component or components.
    Torque all bolts as to 30 Nm.
  34. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  35. Install the Pipe - Brake Junction to Jounce - RH (Remove and Replace).
  36. Install the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  37. Install the Active Damper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  38. Install the Drive Unit - Front (Remove and Install).
  39. Install the Subframe Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  40. Install the Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
  41. Install the Air Suspension - Bundle - Front (Remove and Replace).
  42. Install the Superbeam (Remove and Replace).
  43. Install the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  44. Install the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  45. Install the Carrier - Front End (Remove and Replace).
