Repair Procedure

  1. Remove the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Reflex Marker - Taillight - RH (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Bracket - Attachment - Fascia - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Door Assembly - Charge Port (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Bracket - Attachment - Fascia - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  17. Remove the following components from the service part to make the new component.
    • 1 - C-Pillar Lower Extension
    • 2 - Rear Quarter Outer Lower
  18. Remove the original component.

  19. Prepare for installation.

  20. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  21. Install the new component or components.
  22. Perform GMA welding.

  23. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  24. Install the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  25. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Install the Bracket - Attachment - Fascia - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  27. Install the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  29. Install the Door Assembly - Charge Port (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  30. Install the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  31. Install the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  32. Install the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Install).
  33. Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  34. Install the Bracket - Attachment - Fascia - Rear (Remove and Replace).
