  1. Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the Taillight - RH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Reflex Marker - Taillight - RH (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Trim - Liftgate Trough - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Door Assembly - Rear Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - RH (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Plaid) (Remove and Install).
  15. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  16. Remove the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Applique - Roof - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Remove the Headliner (Remove and Install).
  21. Remove the Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the Trim - Liftgate Trough - LH (Remove and Replace).
  24. Remove the Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  25. Remove the Door Assembly - Rear Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  27. Remove the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  28. Remove the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  29. Remove the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  30. Remove the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  31. Remove the Charge Port (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  32. Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  33. Remove the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Plaid) (Remove and Install).
  34. Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  35. Remove the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  36. Remove the Taillight - LH (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  37. Remove the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  38. Remove the Applique - Roof - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  39. Remove the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  40. Remove the Headliner (Remove and Install).
  41. Remove the Rear Node Outer Reinforcement.
  42. Remove the original component.

  43. Prepare for installation.

    or Structural Bulb Rivets, 6.5 mm

    • A = 51 mm.
    • B = 15 mm.

  44. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  45. Install the new component or components.
    Torque all bolts to 25 Nm.
  46. Install the Rear Node Outer Reinforcement.
  47. Install the fasteners as indicated.
    or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
    • C = 10 mm.
    • D = 29 mm.
  48. For vehicles built through February 14, 2022 only: Fill the gap between the Quarter Outer panel and the Quarter Outer Lower panel (indicated in red) with urethane.
  49. Once the urethane has cured, use seam sealer to completely fill the seam.
  50. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  51. Install the Headliner (Remove and Install).
  52. Install the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  53. Install the Applique - Roof - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  54. Install the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  55. Install the Taillight - LH (Global) (Remove and Replace).
  56. Install the Air Extractor - Rear - Outer - LH (Remove and Replace).
  57. Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
  58. Install the Subframe Assembly - Rear (Plaid) (Remove and Install).
  59. Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  60. Install the Charge Port (NACS) (Remove and Replace).
  61. Install the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  62. Install the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  63. Install the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  64. Install the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  65. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  66. Install the Door Assembly - Rear Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  67. Install the Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  68. Install the Trim - Liftgate Trough - LH (Remove and Replace).
  69. Install the Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  70. Install the Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
  71. Install the Headliner (Remove and Install).
  72. Install the Glass - Rear Quarter - LH (Remove and Replace).
  73. Install the Applique - Roof - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  74. Install the Insulator - Motor Bay - Rear (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).

  79. Install the Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - RH (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  80. Install the Assembly - Trailer Hitch (Remove and Replace).
  81. Install the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  82. Install the Seal - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  83. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  84. Install the Door Assembly - Rear Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  85. Install the Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
