  2. Remove the Fender Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the Hood Assembly (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the Wiper Module (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the Windshield (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the Retractor - Seatbelt - 1st Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the Headliner (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove the Door Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the Hinge - Door - Front - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the Hinge - Door - Front - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  11. Remove the Striker - Door - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Remove the Striker - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Remove the Brightwork - Upper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. Remove the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
  15. Remove the Sub Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  16. Remove the Carpet - 1st Row (Remove and Replace).
  17. Remove the Carpet - Surround - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  18. Remove the Curtain Airbag - Driver (Remove and Replace).
  19. Remove the Bracket - Racetrack - Header - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  20. Remove the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  21. Remove the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).
  22. Remove the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  23. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Front - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  24. Remove the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  25. Remove the Door Assembly - Rear Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  26. Remove the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  27. Remove the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  28. Remove the original component.

  30. Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
  31. Install the new component or components.
    Torque the bolts as follows:
    • Hex-head M8x27 bolts part number 1621820-00-A: 24 Nm.
    • Hex-head M6x18 bolts part number 1006529-00-A: 12 Nm.
    • Hex-head M10x80 bolts part number 1053943-00-C: 45 Nm.
    • Torx M8x20 bolt part number 1014747-00-B: 24 Nm.
  32. Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
  33. Install the Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  34. Install the HV Battery (AWD) (Remove and Install).
  35. Install the Door Assembly - Rear Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  36. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  37. Install the Seal - Body - Side - Front - Primary - LH (Remove and Replace).
  38. Install the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  39. Install the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).
  40. Install the Bracket - Racetrack - B-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  41. Install the Bracket - Racetrack - Header - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  42. Install the Curtain Airbag - Driver (Remove and Replace).
  43. Install the Carpet - Surround - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  44. Install the Carpet - 1st Row (Remove and Replace).
  45. Install the Sub Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  46. Install the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
  47. Install the Brightwork - Upper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
