Repair Information

Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Door Assembly - Rear Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Rear Door Hinge - Primary - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Bracket - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Brightwork - Upper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Bracket - Racetrack - Header - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Curtain Airbag - Driver (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Carrier - Applique - Center Spine - LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the Windshield (Remove and Install).
Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
Install the new component or components.
Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
Install the Windshield (Remove and Install).
Install the Carrier - Applique - Center Spine - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Applique - Roof - Front (Remove and Replace).
Install the Curtain Airbag - Driver (Remove and Replace).
Install the Bracket - Racetrack - Header - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Brightwork - Upper - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Bracket - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Rear Door Hinge - Primary - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
Install the Door Assembly - Rear Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
