Remove

  1. Remove the rear end module assembly. See Rear End Module - Center Console (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove and discard the screws (x2) that attach the airwave assembly to the rear display.

  3. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the airwave assembly to the vent cover panel assembly.

    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
  4. Remove the airwave assembly from the vent cover panel assembly.
  5. Remove and discard the screws (x3) that attach the rear display to the vent cover panel assembly.

Install

  1. Install new screws (x3) (1096312-00-A) that attach the rear display to the vent cover panel assembly.
    1.2 Nm (.9 lbs-ft)

  2. Position the airwave assembly to the vent cover panel assembly.
  3. Install the screws (x2) that attach the airwave assembly to the vent cover panel assembly.
    0.8 Nm (7 lbs-in)

  4. Install new screws (x2) (1096312-00-C) that attach the airwave assembly to the rear display.
