 Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the fast charge access insulator. See Insulator - Fast Charge Access - Ancillary Bay (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the DC link positive busbar. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Positive (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the DC link negative busbar. Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Negative (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)
  4. Remove the FC lower insulator from the FC contactor assembly by loosening the bolts (x3), releasing the clips (x4), and sliding it off the locating pins (x4).

Replace

  1. Align the location pins (x4), secure the clips (x4), and install the bolts (x3) that attach the FC lower insulator to the FC contactor assembly.
    5.5 Nm (4.1 lbs-ft)

  2. Install the DC link negative busbar. Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Negative (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)
