Seat base edges are sharp and can cause personal injury. Wear cut resistant gloves when removing the seat from the vehicle, and while performing procedures that involve work on or near the seat base.

Replace

  1. Install the RH 1st row seat. See 1st Row Seat- LH (Remove and Install).
  2. Place the vehicle in Service Mode by using the touchscreen. See Service Mode.
  3. Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
  4. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
  5. Perform the following routine using Service Mode or Toolbox (see 0005 - Service Modes):
