Ausbauen

  1. Use a floor jack to support the LH front door.
    CAUTION
    Protect painted surfaces with a soft surface.
  2. Remove the bolts that attach the LH upper front door hinge to the door assembly.
    Tip
    Es wird empfohlen, die folgenden Werkzeuge zu verwenden:
    • 13 mm combination wrench
  3. Remove the bolts that attach the LH upper front door hinge to the body.

    • 13 mm combination wrench
  4. Remove the LH upper front door hinge from the vehicle.

Montieren

  1. Position the LH upper front door hinge into the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolts that attach the LH upper front door hinge to the body.
    31 Nm (22.9 lbs-ft)
    Tip

    • 13 mm combination wrench
  3. Install the bolts that attach the LH upper front door hinge to the door assembly.

  4. Remove the floor jack from the LH front door.
  5. Check gap and flushness of the LH front door to surrounding components.

  6. Use IPA wipes to clean the body side upper hinge bolts.
    Note
    Allow 1 minute of dry time.
  7. Apply touch up paint to the body side upper hinge bolts as necessary.
