STEP 12: Demonstrate the Installation

Ask the homeowner to download and install the Tesla mobile app, log in or create a new Tesla account, and assist them with registering their product.

Show the homeowner the location of the serial number sticker on the left side of Powerwall, below the On/Off switch.

Demonstrate the capabilities of the Tesla mobile app, such as how to change the operation mode.

Simulate an outage by opening the main breaker and show that Powerwall is powering backup loads.
