Absorber - Wheelhouse - Rear - RH (Remove & Replace)

Removal

Perform Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure. See GUID-FE56114D-662F-41B2-B2B4-F00B5068C5D1.html
Remove the rear HVAC assembly (refer to procedure)).
Make slits in the RH rear wheelhouse absorber near the rear HVAC assembly to aid with removal.

Note
2x slit on marked positions. It is not necessary to disconnect the coolant hose.

CAUTION
Take care not to damage the coolant hose.
Release the wiring harness and coolant hose clips from the RH rear vehicle body.
Disconnect the RH rear C-pillar acceleration sensor.
Move electrical harnesses and coolant hose out of the way, and then remove the RH rear wheelhouse absorber.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Recharge the A/C system (refer to procedure).

Note
After A/C refrigerant charging is finished, make sure that the A/C system functions correctly.
Calibrate the falcon doors (refer to procedure).
