- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Brake Lines - Front Bundle (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) - Brake (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).

Remove the Shock Tower Reinforcement (Vehicles Built Through February 6, 2023).

Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
NoteInstall rivets from inside the wheelhouse.

- or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm A = 20 mm B = 28 mm C = 20 mm D = 23 mm

Prepare for installation.

Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.

- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
- Install the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) - Brake (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Brake Lines - Front Bundle (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Supermanifold (Remove and Replace).
