- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure
- Remove the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Air Extractor - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Insulator - Wheelhouse - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the Wheelhouse Insulator - Rear - RH (Remove and Replace).

Remove the original component.

Remove the Wheelhouse Rear Extension
component from the MY Asy,WheelHouse Outer,SVC E-COATED service part.

Prepare for installation.
- Reference Line/Point
- or Rivets, 4.8 mm A = 43 mm B = 7 mm

NoteFor this plug weld, drill a 6 mm hole in the indicated location. - Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 22 Nm.NoteMake sure to cut the NVH foam under the subwoofer to allow for rivet clearance.

- Install the Insulator - Wheelhouse - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH (Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Air Extractor - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the Bracket - Rear Wing - LH (Remove and Replace).
