Symptoms

A phone or laptop connected to the customer's router cannot open "google.com" or "tesla.com" in a web browser.

Steps to Troubleshoot

In the customer's router settings, set these as the DNS servers:

• Primary: 8.8.8.8
• Secondary: 8.8.4.4
