Gateway Meters Do Not Appear

Internal meters (Gateway Primary / Meter X & Gateway Secondary / Meter Y) appear as not successfully connected on the Metering tab on the System page

Steps to Troubleshoot

This may be due to a device firmware update failure. Even if the firmware has been updated once, it may need to be updated again. To update the device firmware:

  1. Navigate to the System page
  2. Select Scan for Devices
  3. Select Update Devices to update all components again. Once the firmware has been successfully updated, a green check will be displayed next to each component
