Repair Information
- Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
- Properly mount the vehicle on a frame bench when performing this procedure.

Repair Procedure
- Remove unnecessary components from the service assembly.
- Remove the necessary portion of the Mast Assembly (Section) to expose the underlying component being replaced.
- Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
NoteA red X indicates a location where a factory-installed fastener is not being replaced.or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm
- A = 98 mm
- B = 185 mm
- C = 11 mm
NoteThe installation spot weld location may vary in the area circled in red, so the fastener must be placed in the location specified by the measurements. - Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
- Install the new component or components.
- Install the portion of the Mast Assembly (Section) that was removed to expose the component being replaced.

Install the fasteners as indicated.

- D = 246 mm
- E = 62 mm
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
