- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
Torque the bolts to 28 Nm.NoteWhen installing the plastic Front End Carrier, the plastic alignment pins can be cut off if necessary.
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
