- This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

拆下的必要部分。

拆下泡沫挡板。
注不要弃用泡沫挡板，后续步骤中还要重新安装。

Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

- Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.

Install the new component or components.
按如下所示拧紧螺栓：
- 六角头 M8x1.25 螺栓零件号 1119448-00-A：35 Nm。
- 六角头 M8x1.25 螺栓零件号 1637725-00-A：48 Nm。

安装泡沫挡板。

安装此前拆下的 部分。
- Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
