Repair Procedure

拆下 LH 和 RH 组件车身侧外件前罩。
从新的维修零件上拆下如下所示的零件，以制作新组件。
- 1 - COWL SIDE BRIDGING PLATE LH
- 2 - COWL SIDE BRIDGING PLATE RH
- 3 - MY GFB COWL ASSEMBLY
在 LH 和 RH 侧，在原装组件中切割一个检修窗口。
Cut Line

Reference Line/Point
- A = 10 毫米。
- B = 44 毫米。
- C = 90 毫米。
- D = 129 毫米。
Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.

Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
Install the new component or components.
按如下所示拧紧螺栓：
- BOLT,TEP,M10-1.5x35 螺栓（每侧 5 个）（Tesla 零件号 1618776-00-B），用于将前车底固定到车门安装环内件（内侧）：50 Nm。
- BOLT,TEP,M10-1.5x35 螺栓（每侧 2 个）（Tesla 零件号 1618776-00-B），用于将前车底固定到车门安装环内件（外侧）：65 Nm。
- T2000,M8x1.25-30,HH,[109-I],G1009,SERR 螺栓（每侧 1 个）（Tesla 零件号 1637725-00-A），用于将前车底固定到侧门槛插件：48 Nm。
将 BUTYL FOIL PATCH 切割成 45x50 毫米的两块，并用其盖住在 LH 和 RH 车门安装环外件组件中切出的检修口。
安装 LH 和 RH 组件车身侧外件前罩。
Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
