  15. 拆卸 Subframe Assembly - Front (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install)。
  16. 拆下左侧和右侧组件 车身侧外件前罩。
  17. 从新的维修零件上拆下如下所示的零件，以制作新组件。
    • 1 - COWL SIDE BRIDGING PLATE LH
    • 2 - COWL SIDE BRIDGING PLATE RH
    • 3 - MY GFB COWL ASSEMBLY
  18. 在左侧和 右侧，在原装组件中切割一个检修窗口。

    • 切割线 A = 10 毫米 B = 44 毫米 C = 90 毫米 D = 129 毫米
  19. 拆卸原装部件。
  20. 拆卸原装部件。

  24. 在车辆接合面以及新部件上涂抹结构型粘合剂。
  25. 安装新部件。
    按如下所示拧紧螺栓：
    • BOLT,TEP,M10-1.5x35 螺栓（每侧 5 个）（Tesla 零件号 1618776-00-B），用于将前车底固定到车门安装环内件（内侧）：50 Nm。
    • BOLT,TEP,M10-1.5x35 螺栓（每侧 2 个）（Tesla 零件号 1618776-00-B），用于将前车底固定到车门安装环内件（外侧）：65 Nm。
    • T2000,M8x1.25-30,HH,[109-I],G1009,SERR 螺栓（每侧 1 个）（Tesla 零件号 1637725-00-A），用于将前车底固定到侧门槛插件：48 Nm。
  26. 将 BUTYL FOIL PATCH 切割成 45x50 毫米的两块，并用其盖住在左侧和右侧车门安装环外件组件中切出的检修口。
  27. 安装左侧和右侧组件 车身侧外件前罩。
  28. 执行任何必要的维修后操作。
  29. 安装 Subframe Assembly - Front (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install)。
  30. 安装 Sensor - Wheel Speed - ABS - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  31. 安装 Brake Hose - Flexible - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)。
  32. 安装 Front Upper Control Arm (FUCA) Mount - LH (Remove and Replace)。
