Retirar

  1. Abra la puerta delantera izquierda y baje la ventanilla.
  2. Abra la puerta trasera izquierda y baje la ventanilla.
  3. Remove the front header trim. See Trim - Header - Front (Remove and Install).
  4. Remove the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
  5. Remove the LH IP quarter panel assembly. See Quarter Panel Assembly - LH - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Remove the LH A-pillar forward trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Forward - LH (Remove and Install).
  8. Mueva el asiento delantero izquierdo totalmente hacia delante.
  9. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
  10. Disconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  11. Remove the rear header trim. See Trim - Header - Rear (Remove and Install).
  12. Remove the LH cantrail trim. See Trim - Cantrail - LH (Remove and Install).
  13. Remove the bolt and release the clip that attach the LH airbag to the C-pillar ramp bracket, and then release the airbag from the bracket.
    7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)

  14. Release the clip that attaches the LH body harness to the C-pillar ramp bracket.
  15. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the C-pillar ramp bracket to the vehicle, and then remove the bracket from the vehicle.
    4 Nm (2.9 lbs-ft)

Instalar

  1. Position the C-pillar ramp bracket into the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the bracket to the vehicle.
    4 Nm (2.9 lbs-ft)

  2. Install the clip that attaches the LH body harness to the C-pillar ramp bracket.
  3. Install the bolt and secure the clip that attach the LH airbag to the C-pillar ramp bracket.
    7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)

  4. Install the LH cantrail trim. See Trim - Cantrail - LH (Remove and Install).
  5. Install the rear header trim. See Trim - Header - Rear (Remove and Install).
  6. Install the LH A-pillar forward trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Forward - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Install the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  8. Install the LH IP quarter panel assembly. See Quarter Panel Assembly - LH - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
  9. Install the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
  10. Install the front header trim. See Trim - Header - Front (Remove and Install).
  11. Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
  12. Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
  13. Suba la ventanilla trasera izquierda y cierre la puerta trasera izquierda.
  14. Vuelva a colocar el asiento delantero izquierdo en su posición original.
  15. Suba la ventanilla delantera izquierda y cierre la puerta delantera izquierda.
