Do not stack Collision Repair correction codes unless explicitly told to do so. Depending on the damage to the vehicle, additional repairs may be required.

Repair Information

Review all collision repair general practices and safety documentation and wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) before beginning this procedure.
This procedure can be completed without using a frame bench.

Repair Procedure

Remove the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
Remove the original component.

Prepare for installation.
Note
For each rivet being installed, drill a 6.7 mm hole through the Frame Rail Outer only. Do not drill through the inner Frame Rail Reinforcement.

Prepare for installation.
Note
For each rivet being installed, drill a 6.7 mm hole through the Frame Rail Outer only. Do not drill through the inner Frame Rail Reinforcement.

- or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm A = 19 mm B = 12 mm C = 32 mm
Prepare for installation.
Note
For each rivet being installed, drill a 6.7 mm hole through the Frame Rail Outer only. Do not drill through the inner Frame Rail Reinforcement.

- or High Strength Structural Rivets, 6.5 mm D = 27 mm E = 34 mm F = 26 mm G = 40 mm H = 20 mm I = 7 mm
Apply structural adhesive to the mating surfaces on the vehicle and the new component or components.
Install the new component or components.
Perform any necessary post-repair operations.
Install the Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
