Open the LH front door and lower the LH
front window.
- Enable Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).

Run the routine using Service Mode or Toolbox: PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAINvia Service Mode:
- Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Start Thermal Fill/Drain
- Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
- Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Start Refrigerant Fill/Drain
- Drive Unit ➜ Front Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
- Drive Unit ➜ Rear Drive Unit Replacement ➜ Start Coolant Fill/Drain
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Turn wheel fully to the right.
- Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Install).
- Remove the front fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
- Remove the cooling fan assembly. See Module - Cooling Fan (Remove and Replace).

Release the locking clips guides, and
remove the 12mm radiator.
NoteDo not pry on the radiator to prevent damage.

Use a vacuum to clean debris from both
sides of the radiator.
NoteDo not damage fins of radiator.

Use a blow gun to clean both sides of
the radiator with compressed air.
NoteDo not damage fins of radiator.

Release the locking clips (x4) and
remove the 21mm radiator.
NoteRelease one clip at a time.

Use a vacuum to clean debris from both
sides of the radiator.
NoteDo not damage fins of radiator.

Use a blow gun to clean the radiator
with compressed air.

Secure the locking clips (x4) and
install the 21mm radiator.
NotePosition then secure clips.

Secure the locking clips (x2) and guides
(x2) to install the 12mm radiator.
NoteGuide in then secure clips.
- Install the cooling fan assembly. See Module - Cooling Fan (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
- Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See Cooling System (Vacuum Refill).
- Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Install).

Turn steering wheel back to center.
- Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).

- Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.

- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
