Trim - 'B' Post - LH

    Remove


  1. Remove driver's seat (refer to procedure).

  2. Remove LH sill panel trim (refer to procedure).

  3. Release locating tags (x4) and remove front of D loop cover.


  4. Remove bolt securing seat belt upper anchor point to body and release seat belt (torque - 45 Nm).

  5. Remove screws (x2) securing cover to seat belt D-loop and remove cover.


  6. Release fir tree fasteners (x4) securing rear screen lower finisher to bulkhead.


  7. Remove rear screen lower finisher.

  8. Remove scrivet securing 'B' post trim to bulkhead.


  9. Remove screw securing 'B' post trim to sill.


  10. Release fir tree fasteners (x2) securing 'B' post trim to rear bulkhead.


  11. Disconnect speaker to front harness connector.


  12. Feed seat belt and tongue through slot in trim panel.


  13. Remove 'B' post trim.

  14. Release locating tags (x3) and remove speaker grille.


  15. Remove screws (x4) securing speaker to 'B' post trim.

  16. Remove seal from 'B' post trim.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal.
