Seat Assembly - Driver's

    Remove


  1. Remove soft top or hard top if applicable.

  2. Remove LH rear bolt securing seat rail to floor panel (torque - 25 Nm). Collect seat rail runner stop.


  3. Remove RH rear bolt securing seat rail to floor panel (torque - 25 Nm). Collect seat rail runner stop.


  4. Remove front seat rail bolts (x2) securing seat rail to floor panel (torque - 25 Nm).


  5. Remove bolt, washer and spacer securing seat belt lower anchor point to seat frame (torque - 33 Nm).


  6. Disconnect seat heater connector and seat belt connector.


  7. Remove seat from vehicle.

  8. Remove bolt, washer and spring securing seat belt buckle to seat frame (torque - 33 Nm). Remove seat belt buckle .

    9. NOTE: Always record quantity and fitted position of shims, washers, locktabs or clips.


  9. Remove RH rear bolt securing seat assembly to seat frame (torque - 15 Nm).

  10. Remove LH rear bolt securing seat assembly to seat frame and release lumbar valve (torque - 15 Nm).


  11. Remove nuts (x2) securing seat rail to seat assembly (torque - 15 Nm). Remove seat rail from seat assembly .

    12. NOTE: Always record quantity and fitted position of shims, washers, locktabs or clips.


  12. Remove seat rail from seat assembly.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal.
    2. CAUTION: Take care not to damage seat wiring when installing seat.
