Pipe - High Pressure - Condenser to Receiver Drier

    Remove


  1. Recover refrigerant (refer to procedure).

  2. Remove HVAC controller (refer to procedure).

  3. Loosen unions securing pipe to condenser and receiver drier (torque - 18 Nm).
    4. CAUTION: To prevent damage always use a suitable wrench to hold backing nut when loosening pipes and unions.
     

    CAUTION: Plug pipe connections to prevent ingress of moisture or dirt.
     


  4. Remove bolts and nuts (x2) securing condenser to body (torque - 12 Nm). Collect spacers (x4).


  5. Maneuver condenser up and forward to allow the high pressure pipe to be removed.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal except for the following.

  2. Replace all pipe O-rings.
