Module - HVAC - High Voltage Controller

    Remove


  1. Remove condenser rear exit duct (refer to procedure).

  2. Disconnect HVAC high voltage controller connectors (x4).


  3. Remove Patchbolts (x4) securing module to body (torque - 15 Nm).

  4. Remove nut securing ground lead to module (torque - 10 Nm).

  5. Remove bolt securing A/C low pressure charge port P-clip to bracket (torque - 12 Nm).


  6. Remove Patchbolts (x2) securing module rear mounting bracket to body (torque - 15 Nm).

  7. Release fan harness clip from bracket.

  8. Lift and rotate module to view hood switch connectors. Disconnect hood switch connector and remove module.


  9. Remove nuts (x4) securing rear mounting bracket to module and remove bracket (torque - 12 Nm).

  10. Remove front mounting brackets and rubber mountings (x2) from module.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal except for the following.
    2. CAUTION: Connectors should only be tightened by hand.
     

    CAUTION: Replace all Patchbolt(s).
