Duct - Fan to Shroud Assembly

    Remove


  1. Remove fan motor assembly (refer to procedure).
    2. WARNING: Do not work on an incorrectly supported vehicle.
     


  2. Remove cable tie securing duct to lower shroud.


  3. Release duct from motor shroud and maneuver duct from vehicle through aperture in subframe.


  4. Collect spacers (x4).

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal except for the following.

  2. Ensure the duct is correctly located on the spacers to prevent it from being squashed when the fan motor assembly is installed.
