  4. On the LH contactor, verify the following: the contactor “bulge†is on the right and the “A2†marking is on top, the orange wire with black heat shrink is on bottom contactor stud and the large red wire and the orange wire with red heat shrink are on the top contactor stud. Ensure the largest ring terminal is seated against the contactor and the smallest against the nut.

  5. On the RH contactor verify the following: the contactor “bulge†is on the left, the orange wire with red heat shrink is on the top terminal and the orange wire with black heat shrink is on the lower terminal. Ensure the largest ring terminal is seated against the contactor and the smallest against the nut.

  6. Verify the location of the following wires on the 3 pole fuse holder (clockwise from top LH corner): Top row - LH terminal. The orange wire with black heat shrink; Top row - center terminal. The blue wire with black heat shrink; Top row - RH terminal. The orange wire with red heat shrink; Bottom row RH terminal. The orange wire with black heat shrink; Bottom row - LH terminal. The black and grey wires with black heat shrink.

Verify the location of the following wires on the 2 pole fuse holder (clockwise from top LH corner): The orange wire with black heat shrink from the positive contactor lower stud; The two orange wires with red heat shrink to the main wiring harness; The orange wire with black heat shrink to the main wiring harness; The orange wire with red heat shrink from the positive contactor upper stud.

  8. Verify the location and values of the following fuses in the 2 pole fuse holder: KLM-15 in top holder and KLM-10 in bottom holder.

  9. Verify the location and values of the following fuses in the 3 pole fuse holder: KLM-15 in the rear holder and KLM-10 (x2) in the front and center holders.

  10. Verify that the single HVAC fuse (50A) has been installed.

  11. Verify the following on the shunt: The small red wire is attached to the top screw and the small black wire to the bottom.

  13. Verify that the three BSM connections are connected and fully seated.

  14. Check for NO continuity between immersion sensor connector pins.

  15. Verify the APS connections: the APS 13.5V positive terminal is connected to the red wire on both posts and the cable goes to the right, the APS negative terminal is connected to the black wire on both posts and the cable goes to the left, the black wire from the APS negative terminal is attached to the ground stud closer to the nut.
