Bumper Assembly - Front

    Remove


  1. Open hood.

  2. Remove LH front wheel arch liner (refer to procedure).

  3. Remove RH front wheel arch liner.

  4. Disconnect connectors from LH and RH front side marker light.


  5. Remove bolts (x2) securing each side of front bumper to fenders.


  6. Remove bolts (x2) securing each side front bumper to armature assembly.

  7. Disconnect radio antenna from coaxial cable behind RH headlight.

    8. NOTE: Apply recommended grease to connector before installation.


  8. Release antenna from edge clip on bumper armature.

  9. Remove bolts (x4) securing bumper to undershield.


  10. Remove bolts (x2) securing bumper to chin spoiler.


  11. Remove screws (x6) securing bumper to armature.


  12. With assistance, remove front bumper.

  13. Remove nuts (x4) securing side marker lights and remove LH and RH side marker lights.


  14. Remove bolts (x2) securing licence plate holder to bumper and remove licence plate holder.


  15. Release clips (x3) securing radio antenna to front bumper.


  16. Remove tape securing radio antenna to bumper and remove radio antenna.

  17. Remove captive nuts (x4) from bumper.

    Installation


  1. Installation procedure is reverse of removal.
